All FlexDur products are well treated with chemical wash and
phosphate treated by 150 feet long cleaning bay which consist
of 5 segment of cleaning process prior entering to the painting
booth, the substrate will be baked in a curing oven with the
temperature set at approximately 180 degree C, to ensure the
best quality of our products, our engineer will carry out
the calibration and deviation on the system regularly.
